Our 3 Steps to Success

  • Specification & Concepts

    Step 1 Understand the problem,

    Collaborating with your company we create and agree the specification.

    Then from this we produce a number of conceptual ideas to choose from.

    Prices for this service generally start around £800 for a simple project.

  • Design

    Step 2 Detailed design.

    Full design pack and control specifications are created.

    Design reviews throughout ensure the solution is appropriate and highlights points to be addressed.

    Once this is complete you will have everything you need to execute the solution.

  • Project Delivery

    Step 3 Project delivery

    Depending on the scale of your project, either our inhouse engineers can manufacture and deliver it for you, or we can project manage using our partners,

    Either way we keep you informed with regular updates throughout the delivery of the process

J Pope Solutions began by offering full end to end solutions with manufacturing and assembly in-house so not only can we design excellent solutions, but we also know how to make things work, fitting not only in CAD but in reality as well,

Since then JPS has chosen to focus on the design and project management and partner with companies who excel in their own fields to offer an end result that is second to none.

John Pope is the director and lead engineer, his experience has been focused on pressure and production equipment based on LEAN manufacturing principles.

Because of this involvement with the production process the company is very strong in providing ergonomic and user-friendly interfaces.

  • From experience we find that design costs are generally around 20% of the project budget and our project management fee is 10% of the budget.

  • This is an understandable concern but in reality, by the time we have moved through discovery, specification, conceptual designs and the design review process, the chances you won’t be happy with the result is very low

  • For small to medium projects our inhouse engineers will manufacture assemble and deliver for you.

    When the scale of the undertaking exceeds our inhouse capacity we use our network of partners which will be outlined at the project planning stage along with payment milestones for us and these partners.

    Either way we get the results you need but can also be flexible if there are parts of the project you want to deliver yourselves.

  • Our team is fully versed in a variety of Standards and regulation to get your project UKCA or CE marked where necessary

    You can rest assured everything we produce for you will be compliant and risk assessed.
