Marine Research Made Safer with Onshore Subsea Simulation Systems and Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Equipments
Subsea Simulation & Testing Systems
Meet our subsea simulation & hydrostatic testing systems, engineered to replicate the ocean’s harshest conditions onshore. From hydrostatic test connectors that reach hundreds or thousands of bar to hydrostatic pressure testers cycling real-world loads, our rigs let you prove your subsea connectors, valves, ROVs, and electrical connectors will survive and thrive before you ever drop anchor.
Core Features
Chamber Sizes & Volumes: Hyperbaric vessels from 100 mm to 1000 mm diameter, available as benchtop test chambers or walk-in test cells.
Wide Pressure & Temperature Control: 20–4000+ bar hydrostatic testing with fully automated pressure and temperature systems—including programmable cycles, precise heating, chilling, and rapid safety relief.
Robust Design & Compliance: Engineered to ASME VIII, PD 5500 or EN 13445, and compliant with PED & PESR 2016 for the highest safety and quality standards.
Material & Ancillary Options: Choose from carbon, duplex/stainless steels and electric or hydraulic actuation.
Built-In Testing Protocols: Configured for API 16F and API 17L, API 6A PR2 and IBL (Instrumented Buoyancy Loss), Testing ISO 13628-5 and ISO 13628-6 suitable for validating valves, subsea electrical power cables, connectors, ROV components, and full subsea assemblies.
Acceptance Testing: Includes comprehensive Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) with full documentation and out-of-the-box readiness.
Trust and Loyalty
“J Pope’s subsea simulation chamber allowed us to validate our new ROV manipulator at 300 bar without going offshore—saving us over £50K in vessel time.”

AMScreen
Why it Works?
Real Offshore Accuracy
Our automated-controlled systems replicate true offshore conditions—pressure, temperature, and fluid dynamics—ensuring precise results for hydrostatic pressure test and subsea connector testing.
Engineered for Your Specs
We have designed hydrostatic testing equipment and pressure vessel testing according to your needs, from 20 to 4,000 bar. Choose carbon or stainless steel, custom ports, and built-in safety interlocks for complete control.
Proven Field Performance
Trusted by oil & gas operators and marine labs, our hyperbaric pressure testing systems have helped clients cut costs significantly—like the North Sea operator that saved £70K by certifying their manifold onshore.
Full Compliance & Confidence
All systems meet ASME VIII, PD5500, PED, and PESR 2016. You get reliable results, audit-ready documentation, and complete assurance for any hydro pressure test application.
