Don’t overreact! Its under control

The most innovative vessels on the market

Our high pressure reactors are used for a variety of purposes, including:

  1. Chemical synthesis: High pressure reactors can be used for chemical synthesis of various compounds, including polymers, pharmaceuticals, and fine chemicals.

  2. Catalysis: High pressure reactors can be used for catalytic reactions, such as hydrogenation, oxidation, and hydrocracking, which require high temperatures and pressures.

  3. Material synthesis: High pressure reactors can be used for the synthesis of advanced materials, including ceramics, semiconductors, and nanomaterials.

  4. Food processing: High pressure reactors can be used for food processing, such as pasteurization, sterilization, and extraction, which require high pressure and temperature conditions.

  5. Petroleum and petrochemical processing: High pressure reactors can be used for refining and processing of crude oil and other petroleum products, including cracking and hydrocracking.

  6. We can also create fully automated systems such as CO2 extraction systems.

Our reactor vessels typically include:

  • High pressure vessels commonly between 10ml to 10 litres.

  • 316 stainless steel, 17-4 stainless steel or Hastelloy.

  • Pressure ranges from 50 to 690 bar.

  • Vessels can be completely custom for your requirements or choose from our standard range of 200 bar pressure vessels.

  • Safe and robust to ensure opening of vessels cannot be done while pressurised.

  • Leak free threaded fittings superior to NPT found in most vessels.

  • PTFE or glass inserts available

  • FKM, FFKM or PTFE seals
